Method of preparation of herbal tea:
Herbal Tea : Take 15 curry leaves, 15 mint leaves, one spoon of fenugreek, two tablespoons of coriander in a glass of water and heat it in a bowl on medium temperature. After boiling this mixture for five to seven minutes, take it off the stove and strain it in a cup and drink it as an alternative to tea or coffee. It is better to avoid coffee and tea for those who have hormone problems and heat problems.
This addiction makes it difficult to break the habit of starting the day with coffee. There is an alternative method to coffee and tea. Consuming more herbal tea or coffee can reduce these side effects.
